From this school currently highlights its cloister, built in Doric style with fluted columns and frieze ornamented with triglyphs and metopes. In the upper part of the cloister are arranged five windows, in the center of which has an oculus, except in the middle, which have a shield on top.

Monasterio de San Salvador
The Monastery of San Salvador was a monastery for women only and belonged to different orders over the years. It is currently the only one in the autonomous community that is still used as a monastery.
Its construction was very slow, during almost five centuries, so we can see that many of its parts are of different architectural styles. On the one hand there is the Romanesque church from the 12th century, then the cloister, which was erected in the 15th century, and the rest of the elements from the 18th century. For its protection a wall was built surrounding the monastery, inside which is a cloister that houses the tomb of the rector of the temple Doña Fronilde and where Don Diego de Lemos and his son, leader of the Irmandiñas Revolts, are buried.

Palacio Condal
The Condal Palace was the home of the Counts of Lemos and was built in the sixteenth century, but a terrible fire destroyed the building, having to rebuild it a century later.
At present, this magnificent building is within the grounds of the Parador, where you can find many of its dependencies.

Pazo Molinos de Antero
The Pazo de Molinos de Antero is a beautiful building that differs from other Galician pazos by its curious Frenchified architecture and its incredible pictorial decoration in its rooms. When it was built it functioned as a tax collection headquarters, such as tobacco rents, which explains the great security system of the building.

Ponte Vella
A Ponte Vella is of Roman origin, but had to be remodeled by the well-known Pedro Rodriguez Remberde in the late sixteenth century.
At present it still has four semicircular arches where we can observe the various signatures of the master stonemason.

Torre del Homenaje
The Keep was erected between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries and its name comes from the fact that inside it the Ceremonies of Homage were held, a famous ritual that united the lord of the castle with his vassal.
It has a height of 30 meters, a tall building for its time, with 13 meters on each side and strong walls 3 meters thick to protect the interior from cold, heat and possible attacks.
The tower and the fortress wall were almost destroyed during the great war of the Irmandiños and had to be rebuilt when the horrible war situation ceased.
