Mombuey is a small town in the province of Zamora, this is located in a strategic point of communication between the province to which it belongs and Galicia.

How to get there
The main way to get to the town of Mombuey is by the national road N-525, which crosses the town. It is also possible to arrive by the A-52 highway, known as the highway of the Rias Bajas, communicates all the south of Galicia with Benavente and has an exit to reach the village.

What to see
Iglesia de la Asunción y su Torre
The Church of the Assumption was built in the thirteenth century with masonry, then underwent a major reform in the eighteenth century. It has a single nave with a Latin cross plan and houses an image, in its interior, of the Virgin and Child that still retains its original polychrome.
