The town of Laza belongs to the region of Verin and is well known thanks to the importance of the carnival. This celebration is considered the oldest in Galicia and also the most multitudinous.
In Laza the pilgrims will not lack anything, the town offers all the services you may need during your stay. At this point the pilgrims who have decided to go by the variant of Verín and those who went by the more usual route come together again.

Iglesia de San Juan de Laza
The Church of San Juan de Laza is a rural temple that has large dimensions and stands out for its Tuscan style and its robust tower topped with a beautiful capital. Inside the temple we find four baroque altars all covered with gold leaf.
