Today you will continue next to IC2 and you will cross Aguim, Anadia and Avelas do Caminho before getting to Águeda that is located 30 kilometers from Mealhada. This city is surrounded by the river. It has the bigger natural lake in the Peninsula: A Pateira de Fermentelos.
You will leave Mealhada to get to the national road going through Rua Dr. Manuel Louzada, Rua Visconde de Valdoeiro, Rua Dr. José Corveira Lebre and Rua Dr. Costa Simões streets. Once you get to the N-10 you will cross it and continue through a path that goes through the right side of it and getting to the right a little bit after to Sernadelo and Alpalhão. Once you get here you will continue on a path that used to link this village with Aguim. If you need ti eat something you just have to get to the IC2, where you will find some restaurants and cafeterias.
If you continue to Anadie you will cross a roundabout where you have to turn left to the local cemetery. Once you cross the cemetery you will have to walk to Arcosleaving behind the path that takes to the Santuario de Nossa Senhora das Febres sanctuary. Once you get to Arcos you will have to cross Rua das Cavadas and Largo da Cancella streets where is located the local church. You will continue through Rua de Tras street and turn left a little bit after.
Then you will get to Afeólas and you will have to cross a bridge to the N-28, after crossing it you should continue through the left. Then you have to turn right to Avelãs do Caminho. Once you have crossed the stone cross you will have to turn right again through travessa do Largo dos Andores and through Rua Fonte de Sobreiro street and then return to the N-10, then you will continue through the Rua dos Combatentes street crossing then São João de Azenha and its small temple. After crossing through Rua Alto da Póvoa, Largo do Cruzeiro and Rua Dr. Cura Rachão streets, then you will get to the national road that links Oliveira do Barrio with Agueda’s industrial park. You will have to cross the road and continue through its right side to cross at the end the IC2. You will get to a roundabout and you should continue to the left to get to Águeda. You will have to cross to get to Brejo and turning left after the Rua Nova to Brejo street. Then, you will get to Sarão going through Atalho’s spring.
You will find another crossing with the N-10, here you should be very careful with the traffic. You will get to Sardão through the Rua Dr. Antonio Breda street. You will cross a park and then Largo Elizeu Sucena. After 30 kilometres you will see Águeda.

Bear in mind
There are not too many villages during your stage but you could turn away to get any of the close villages where you will find many establishments. You should take with you enough food and water for all the stage.
