The most outstanding feature of the building is the decoration of the facade, especially the original openings that it presents.

We highlight in the facade the decoration with original openings as well as plates with reliefs in the form of flowers, typical of a modernist style. However, the spans of the roof together with their frames belong to the Secessionist style (Viennese model). Also noteworthy is the attached body with a terraced roof.
