Gastronomy

The gastronomy of La Caridad is totally influenced by the typical food of the rest of Asturias. Being close to the coast we find delicious fish such as salmon, river fish such as trout and a variety of seafood. Another of the dishes that are not lacking in the kitchens of the locals are the fabes and lamb accompanied by a good wine or better, even better, the typical Asturian cider.
