Gastronomy

The gastronomy of Colombres, apart from being shared with the rest of the province, is influenced by the culinary culture of the Indians, due to the large number of people who had to emigrate in difficult times. The most traditional recipes are fabes with chorizo or clams, baked lamb, or seasonal fish in any of its variants, bollu preñau and bread stuffed with chorizo in cider.
