Due to the exceptional situation caused by COVID19, the restrictions applied by some countries, regions, and our compromise to commit with responsibility , transparency and honesty with all those clients that, like in your case, have trusted us to plan and make a reservation of your trip for the Camino de Santiago, we would like to contribute to your safety and tranquillity applying a total flexibility in all our policies, allowing to change the dates of your trip free of charge and offering you the possibility to define a new starting date once the situation has come back to normal.

The received voucher will be for the total amount of your reservation settled until this moment and you will be able to use as credit for your next confirmed dates.

Due to this current extraordinary situation and the constant changes in the steps taken by the Government we are not able to guarantee that this cancellation can be done without a penalisation as the general cancellation policies will be applied and the special conditions determined in each case.
